We keep crews small and senior, and we film in a lot of places. Around the studio sits a network of trusted local collaborators — and it’s always growing.
Hotels Filmed works to the guidelines of the world’s leading hotel brands with a deliberately small footprint: no full unit flown in, one creative vision, local hands where local hands are better. That only works because of the people we partner with on the ground — and we’re always looking to meet more of them.
Who we look for
- Local producers & fixers — permits, locations, talent and the hundred small things that make a shoot day calm
- Second shooters — camera operators with a quiet set manner and an eye for real moments
- Licensed drone operators — certified, insured, and honest about what the local rules allow
- Talented students — early-career filmmakers with a strong eye; occasional assistant roles on real shoots, with real mentorship

How to get in touch
One email is enough: your city, a link to your reel or a project you’re proud of, and your kit if you shoot. Students — send the work, not the CV; one strong minute tells us more than any qualification. All collaboration is paid at agreed day rates, project by project. We keep every introduction on file and reach out when a shoot lands near you.
