The Nam Hai

The brief
A brand film that reaches beyond the resort — into the heritage of Hoi An.
Four Seasons The Nam Hai sits on Vietnam’s central coast, minutes from the lantern-lit streets of Hoi An and the ancient My Son Sanctuary. The brief was a cinematic brand film for Four Seasons’ owned channels — one that placed the resort inside its landscape and heritage rather than in isolation, finished to the standard the name carries.
Four Seasons The Nam Hai is one of Vietnam’s flagship luxury resorts, set on the coast between Da Nang and the UNESCO-listed towns of Hoi An and My Son. For a brand at this level, a hotel film has to feel effortless and timeless rather than promotional. Our cinematic resort video placed the property inside that landscape and heritage, and was delivered as HD and 4K masters with a vertical social cut and 32 graded stills — a complete set of brand assets for Four Seasons’ owned channels worldwide.
The approach
We shot for grandeur and restraint — the scale of My Son and the calm of the coast, kept clean of strangers and signage so the place could speak for itself. The edit went through several careful rounds with the Four Seasons team, balancing a mystical, unhurried feel with the shots that best showed the grandeur of the site. We delivered HD and 4K masters, a vertical social cut and 32 graded stills, graded to one consistent look.
Beyond the resort
The heritage of Hoi An and the grandeur of My Son, not the property in isolation.
Restraint in frame
No strangers, no signage — clean, mystical compositions that let the place speak.
