Phnom Penh runs on a different rhythm: riverside light along the Tonlé Sap, city traffic to route around, and interiors that reward an early, unhurried pass before the hotel wakes up.
The coast is its own logistics problem. Getting a full crew and gear out to Koh Rong or the southern islands means boats, tide windows and a generator plan for anything after dark — worth confirming before the shoot, not during it.
