Hotel Equatorial is a landmark five-star address in Ho Chi Minh City. The brief was a hotel & destination film that paired the grandeur and service of the property with the texture of the city around it — markets, heritage and craft — finished warm, with vertical cuts for social.

The approach

We moved between two registers: the calm, polished interiors and service of the hotel, and the colour of Saigon beyond it — a woman in áo dài at a temple doorway, sunflowers at a street market, the planning of a day on a map. Real service moments anchor the hotel; the destination gives the film its pulse.
